Shipping & Handling
Your order will be filled within 24 hours whenever possible. If for reasons beyond our control, we are unable to dispatch your order within 48 hours we will contact you so that we can make alternative arrangements.
We reserve the right to terminate any orders and refund all money involved.
Some products or have a minimum order value, delivery charge, or packaging and handling charge applicable. If and where applicable, these charges will be added to your invoice even if they do not show at the order total value. It is your responsibility to check the Website for these details and consider these costs to the total value of your order. By submitting your order to us you agree to pay these charges.
Some remote geographical locations, pallet deliveries and big/bulky items may attract additional surcharges. We will contact you immediately if this is the case.
Please allow 1-3 days for metro delivery. WA, NT and other remote locations please allow 5-7 days delivery time.
Return Policy
All products purchased from Remadeal are backed by a thirty-day Return Policy.
All products returned must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be installed or damaged in any way by the customer during the time the item is in the customer's possession. Proof of purchase is required.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to a change of mind return. We will not allow returns on damaged or incomplete products.
Contact us to organise return of the product. We will provide refund of the purchase price of the product (excluding initial delivery charges and a re-stocking fee).
The re-stocking fee will be 10% of the original purchase price.
Cancelled orders paid in full will have a 10% handling fee deducted from the purchase amount prior to refund.
Unless otherwise stated in a product listing, all products sold at Remadeal can be returned for change of mind purposes under this policy. Where a product listing specifically states that the product is not able to be returned under this policy (usually due to special order), then no returns for change of mind will be permitted.
Missing Parcels
Remadeal is not liable for any parcels which are deemed lost in transit. There is no transit insurance on any postage services unless specifically requested by the customer at which the extra charge of postage insurance will be added to your invoice total.
If your item is lost by a courier company, we are happy to assist in tracking down your missing item. Please be aware that couriers companies do not offer any compensation for missing items, and they all differ on their respective compensation claim procedures.
Any parcels which have been re-directed by the customer to an alternative address other than the one which we have sent the item will be ineligible for any form of replacement or compensation if the parcel is lost in transit.
Legal Capacity to Transact
If you are under the age eighteen (18) years you cannot place orders with Remadeal. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. Any orders placed and accepted by us will be deemed to be by persons over the age of eighteen (18) years.
Should Remadeal suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Remadeal reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Remadeal.
All prices are in AUD and are exclusive of GST. Prices displayed on this site are current at the time of issue but may change at any time and are subject to availability. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice.
The total cost of your order is the price of the products, plus if applicable, any delivery/packaging and handling charges, plus GST.
